☺ Spacious bedroom, very comfortable bef, very good shower, great location , very pleasant staff, excellent communication with hotel.

☹ Room is big enough to include 2 comfortable relaxing chairs.. Wine bar/ coffee area would be a nice addition.
The above are small observations they did not interfer with the positive experience of our stay in Palazzo Martinelli.

10Verificata Despite the elevator hiccup, we love the hotel and Katya.
☺ Katya was very helpful in addressing our queries. Excellent service is paramount in any hotel experience for us. The property is central in its location and the area is quite secure.

☹ On the day we arrived. The elevator broke down and we had to bring our 4 very heavy luggages up to the 3rd and 4th floors. And inasmuch Katya wanted to help, she had a medical condition. It was a frustrating incident

9,0Verificata Perfect place - comfortable, clean and well located!
☺ We loved the bedroom, the lines are very comfortable and the night lights are a nice touch. The location is perfect and the staff very friendly.

☹ I thought it was a little noisy inside.
